I think my dog may have been bitten by a spider. Is this something that I can treat at home or should he be taken to the vet immediately?

Hi Erin,
I would always suggest giving your veterinarian a call with a suspect bite / sting. They will be able to better advise based on your location, what the potential creepy crawlies are and whether your pet is having an allergic reaction. Most likely they will advise that you have your pet examined.
